On 18 February 2013, Asia Media Group has its listing transferred to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

Asia Media Group received approval from the Securities Commission for its proposed listing transfer from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 8th January 2013.

On 19 April 2011, the Prime Minister announces that Asia Media will invest RM 500 million in developing the 1st Digital Live Transit-TV Broadcasting infrastructure in Malaysia during the 5th Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) update. Dato' Ricky Wong also signed the Corporate Integrity Pledge and Anti-Corruption Principles during the event.

On 9 March 2011, Asia Media Group held its 1st Investor Briefing at InterContinental Hotel.

On 11 January 2011, Asia Media Group was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. Our Executive Chairman, Datuk Wira Syed Ali Bin Tan Sri Syed Abbas Alhabshee hit the gong to signify the listing of Asia Media Group.

Asia Media Group, the parent company of Asia Media, is expected to raise RM23 million en route to a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

Dato' Ricky Wong was awarded the JCI - Creative Young Entrepreneur Award 2010. Datuk Mohd Badlisham Ghazali, C.E.O. of Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) Presented the award.

Dato' Ricky Wong won the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA). The award recognises individuals who have shown promising tenacity, perseverance and courage in business.

Asia Media was awarded Three Licences (NFP-i, NSP-i, CASP-i and ASP) from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Spectrums for the deployment of DIgital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB).

Asia Media has been named the winner of The BrandLaureate -SMEs Chapter Award. The award recognizes the best of brands from small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Asia Media announced plans to be the first company in Malaysia to deploy digital video broadcasting (DVB) for Transit-TV. The company’s DVB roll-out for Klang Valley is scheduled to be completed by 2010 and extended to Johor Bahru & Penang by 2011.

Star Publications and Asia Media announced a Joint Media Collaboration which will see the two media powerhouses cross-promoting their respective media products on the other’s media platform.
